International Watch Company (IWC) Stainless Steel "Flieger Ingenieur" Meca-Quartz Chronograph With Alarm! Rare!

Case: Triple signed 34mm (excluding winding crown) screw back case marked with serial number 253xxxx.

Case Condition: Stainless steel case is in Excellent (85%) condition.

Dial Condition: 100% Original IWC black dial is in Excellent  (80%) condition with QS date function. Sapphire crystal.

Bezel Condition: Stainless steel brushed bezel is in Excellent (80%) condition.

Bracelet/Strap: Non IWC leather strap is in Excellent (82%) condition.

Movement: Cal 631, developed by Jaeger LeCoultre, and features a second hand at 6 o'clock that ticks, but a sweeping center chronograph hand.  This particular version has a skeletonized red alarm hand, making this IWC a fairly complicated timepiece. Movement in fantastic working condition. Quartz movement (with a battery and everything) powers the base motor while the chronograph is mechanically driven. This movement has over 220 unique parts & 25 jewels.

Remarks: These meca-quartz IWC's are hard to track down, and represent an innovative time in the watch making world.  The one for sale here happens to be a great example in marvelous condition.

Case Condition: Titanium case is in Excellent (80%) condition with light dings and scratches.

Dial Condition: 100% Original IWC black dial is in Mint  (100%) condition with QS day & date function at the 3 position and inner rotating bezel. Sapphire crystal.

Bezel Condition: Titanium brushed bezel is in Excellent (80%) condition.

Bracelet/Strap: 100% Original IWC integrated bracelet is in Excellent (82%) condition.

Movement: IWC base 7750 caliber movement in fantastic working condition.

Remarks: Discontinued model with Local AD G-card dated 2005.
