Case does not have the usual guard on either side of the crown and is popularly known as the "James Bond" model as a similar watch was supposedly used by 007 in the film Gold finger. Dial Condition: 100% ORIGINAL (I even checked the back of the dial) black GLOSSY dial in Near Mint (90%) condition with luminous markers (slightly aged) with gilded borders. The scripts on the dial are glided (as should be!) is are in super condition. The dial has only a few marks on it and is the best condition #5508 that I have dealt in so far. Make sure you check out the larger scan! Bezel Condition: Very Good (79%) condition bezel insert (pearl newly replaced) and still turns freely. There are some light scratches on it but is expected from a 31 year old watch. The white marks at the lower part of the watch and insert is as a reflection of the scanner and not the actual condition of the insert! Bracelet/Strap: 100% ORIGINAL Swiss made Rolex Heavy Oyster bracelet (11 links) in Excellent (80%) condition with only slight stretch.
