Dial Condition: 100% Original Rolex black dial with
tritium markers is in Excellent (80%) condition
with matching hands. Non-QS date with at 3 o'clock.

Case: Triple signed 43mm (including winding crown) SS
screw back case.
Case Condition: Stainless steel case is in
Near MInt (93%) condition . Serial number L239*** (1989).
Dial Condition: 100% ORIGINAL Rolex enamel black dial
(correct for this serial number) with white gold ringed, evenly
aged markers is in
Near Mint (90%) condition
with no crazing of the dial at all. Non
date model. Acrylic crystal.
Bezel Condition: Stainless Steel bezel with black
insert in
Near Mint (95%) condition.
Bracelet/Strap: 100% original Rolex stainless steel
heavy oyster bracelet in Near Mint
(95%) condition and still very tight.
Movement: Caliber #1520 perpetual movement keeping
excellent time.
Remarks: Extremely collectable timepiece with complete
Box & Papers. Last of the acrylic Subby non-dates as the #14060
came out in late 1989 with also a L serial number, therefore
making this the very last before the sapphire models took over.
Comes complete with the green Rolex price tag that shows the
typed out serial number on a sticker as well as the penciled in

original non-triplock winding crown correct for this era.
Case Condition: Stainless steel case is in
Excellent (80%) condition with light scratches that is
expected from a watch nearing 40 years! Serial number 2****** (1969).
Dial Condition: 100% ORIGINAL Rolex Matt black dial
(SWISS <25) that is beautifully aged with matching hands. Acrylic crystal.

Excellent (85%) condition with light scratches that will
easily polish off.
Dial Condition: 100% ORIGINAL Rolex Matt black dial
(SWISS <25). Luminous still glows in the dark so this must be a
new old stock dial but definitely NOT a redial. Non
date model. Acrylic crystal.
Bezel Condition: Stainless Steel bezel with black
insert in

Bracelet/Strap: Head only but fitted with a NATO style
canvass strap.

These next few lots of Rolex movements were the result of my
scouring around a very interesting antique watch shop in a
quaint part of Bienne after the Baselworld 2008. Paid big money
for them but I think they are worth every cent of it. To those
who have the case and dials for these rare Rolex pieces, they
represent a bargain!
On offer here is a Rolex Valjoux caliber 232
movement complete and still ticking away though it looks as
though it needs a service badly. Discoloured bridge is signed
"Rolex Geneve 17 Rubis". On the mainplate under the dial side,
it is signed Rolex Geneve like all original Rolex chrono
movements should be. The counters for the chronograph is located
at the 9 and 3 positions. Pinions for these counters are still
there and not broken. Basically, this is a complete movement
that just needs a good servicing and minor parts change and you
will get a very nice perfectly working movement.
Sold As Is with no warranty on the movement. So
it is down to the watchmaker to make it a good working movement.

On offer here is a pair of Valjoux caliber 23
movements. One is a Rolex singned Valjoux caliber 23 movement
incomplete as the hairspring and the balance is missing.
Discoloured bridge is signed "Rolex Geneve 17 Rubis" while the
other is unsigned. On the mainplate under the dial side, one is
signed Rolex Geneve like all original Rolex chrono movements
should be while the other is not signed. The counters for the
chronograph is located at the 9 and 3 positions. Pinions for
these counters are not there anymore. Basically, this is a parts
only movement. However, if you scavenge parts from the other
movement into the Rolex one, you should have one nearly complete
movement.

it is down to the watchmaker to make it a good working movement.
